PROGRAM DIRECTOR / PROGRAM MANAGER: Min. Qualification Masters with 10-15 years experience in the area of Philanthropy.
Responsibilities: He/She will be
responsible for the entire operations including all administrative and financial matters, develop policies, programs, fund raising
plans and also develop the strategic plan and ensure
its implementation. Conduct the periodic evaluation of the Organization to ensure that it stays true
to its purpose. He/she will also be responsible lo hire. supervise and motivate the organization'sstaff.
ADVISOR TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS;
Min. Qualification MSc. With 1 O
years experience In the area of Philanthropy
with Program evaluation and strategic planning skills.
